Fernandina Beach, FL-based Petroferm, Inc. merged two of its subsidiaries, Lambent Technologies Corp. and Hansotech, Inc. Lambent Technol- ogies, a manufacturer of oleochemical derivatives for the personal care, pharmaceutical, industrial and food markets, will incorporate Hansotech’s line of waxes and butters into its own product line.
